What's Included in Our Community Membership
Service Hub
Here members can in "Real Time" report a fault and schedule our engineers attendance, book their annual service and even download maintenance templates.
We have a "WhatsApp" link for video calls with one of our engineers should you have a problem or issues that needs resolving immediately. If this fails our engineers are only a maximum of 3 hours from being on site to carryout a first-time fix or install one of our free loan machines (*free of charge) whilst we take yours away and repair it. Leaving you to get on with what you do best... making your customers happy!
Resource Centre
Our resource centre offers you all that you could need, from daily cleaning templates to monthly maintenance logs, How-To videos and documents that are great for training new staff. We even have document templates to ensure you stay compliant with the latest H&S requirements.
This part of our "Members Area" is constantly being added to, saving you so much time and money. And if there is something you need that isn't on there..... head to the forum page and drop us a request and we will get it done. (It's almost like having your very own personal assistant)

Our Members only store with "Real Time" stock levels offers prices that are simply amazing!!
We stock all related consumable, equipment and coffee related sundry's.
Minimum order value is just 12.45. Free next day delivery and if it's urgent we charge just 8.95 to deliver same day on orders place before 1pm.
Members Forum
Our members forum is still in it's early day's and we have reflected this in out our subscription cost. However out community come here to share ideas, stories and suggestions.
We discuss trending products and practices and chat about the up's & downs of the food & beverage industry.
If someone has an experience of great product or reliable supplier this is where we share it.

We will have a platform for recruiters to place their vacancies and a board for staff to list their availability.
- Buying Consortium. (Est. Date for going live: Sept 2023) We are currently in negotiations with energy providers, telecom providers and insurance companies to bring to our members discounted prices that will be genuinely unbeatable. We are using the buying potential of the Barista Nation community to enable it's members to make huge savings. This is a really exciting development.
- Product Reviews. (Est. Date for going live: June 2023)
If you have ever looked at replacing an old piece of equipment or adding to your inventory, but would really like to know what you'll be getting for your money, then this will be for you. You can make requests and we will try our hardest to review the product for you.
